Our goal is to create and sell high quality products.  We personalize some of our items and a photo of the finished item is sent for your review prior to shipping.  Personalized items are not returnable, although your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we will work with you on anything that doesn't meet your expectations.    

Most of our items are made to order.  Please realize that it could take 2 - 3 weeks before shipping, depending on the design.  Original custom paintings could take up to a month - but not usually.  

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you are thinking of returning it.
